RSM did such a good job during COVID with the employees, bonuses, raises, gifts, and grants. You won't regret the accounting/finance/IT experience you get with RSM.

Cons

RSM is not different from any other public accounting firm as far as feeling undervalued, underpaid, and constantly critiqued. That's just how public accounting culture is. You work you butt off for other people and don't get recognized because you're stuck in structured promotion cycles. Do your time, and get out. Also, there is 0 diversity at RSM especially in Boston.

Pros

There are smaller teams so it is not too overwhelming. There are also employee network groups and smaller clubs to join

Cons

Too many events set up outside of work hours where you feel obligated to go to network with higher ups. They can also be disorganized with what they want from you. Not very diverse!
