Best in class service, technology, and leadership. Navigates the unpredictable headwinds much better than the competition.

Cons

Exposure to market volatility in a commoditized space. However, RXO is able to offset this better than the competition due to connectivity with customers and the way they value carrier relationships

Cons

It seems like there may be a limbo period for sales reps until both companies get fully integrated - once that occurs though, it should be a very strong company
