      Great Opportunity For Advancement

      Pros

      The company is big on promoting from within the organization whenever able. They also have several different opportunities in place for employee's to further develop into leadership roles.

      Cons

      Could be a negative for some but this is a fast paced environment and we take great pride in the results we deliver so being hard working, agile and forward thinking are a few qualities that will help you to be successful.

      Pros

      A lot of opportunity for growth Engagement Committee Plenty of training available through the RXO University portal Flexible Leadership that Cares Challenging in a good way Benefits Time off for Volunteering

      Cons

      The one complaint that I had is around documenting processes. However in the 4 1/2 years that I've been here, we have come a very long way, especially within the Procurement Department.

      Fast paced, high energy culture

      Pros

      If you are entrepreneurial and enjoy fast paced environments it’s a great company to work for. Dynamic industry, solving problems for shippers and carriers every day using the best tech and working with the best people.

      Cons

      Very cyclical industry, have to be able to ride the waves. Can be a good thing if you don’t want to do same thing every day - new opportunities and challenges every day.
