Sometimes disorganized and some of the departments do talk to eachother when working on projects and it causes lots of confusion.

Laid-Back. Chance to invent (because nothing exists). Decent people

Cons

Pay sucks. Systematically fail customers on a daily business. Contractors also underpaid. Try to con their way into positive reviews instead of address the systemic gaps that cause them in the first place. Partnership with customer service team is awful.
