Pros

RXO has tremendous growth opportunities from within. The opportunities for a self-starter or highly motivated individual are limitless. The culture is welcoming and warm. I found a diverse environment that was free from judgement and eager to assist. One of the least mentioned gems is the educational assistance program. If you're interested, the matching 401K program is icing on the cake. Leadership maintains an open door policy.

Cons

The pace of business is fast and there are a lot of gaps and ambiguity. Some individuals may find the lack of handholding from managers a turnoff. The leadership needs more diversity within it's ranks. The attrition within the organization seems high.

Pros

RXO promotes from within as much as possible, gives employees the freedom to manage their accounts without micro management, but willing to provide as much support when asked. Charlotte leadership has always been willing to support carreer develpment and also supports day to day functions.

Cons

Could provide better office support for sales to manage billing and customer payments.
