      Pros

      Flexibility to it's finest, if you are able to travel your career will skyrocket, RXO is not pushy as well where it's the integrity to travel when needed and getting assignments complete, executive team is great and does not have a chip on their shoulder like others companies, growth is tremendous, firm believers on promoting within, experience is great but RXO also invest into those who don't have certain backgrounds - they train, overall great company to work for coming from someone who has tons of work related exp.

      Cons

      Pay can be more competitive, health benefits have room for opportunity - copay very high, bonuses can be more competitive

      Pros

      I love working here. Hard work, hustle, team player, ability to thrive in ambiguous environments, high levels of customer/carrier focus, street smarts, etc. These are some of the skills needed to thrive at RXO (especially the brokerage line of business).

      Cons

      Transportation is a stressful job and fast-paced. The high demands from customers/carriers, and ability to multi-task takes getting used to.
