      Pros

      Minimal. Pros are all based on your team and your manager.

      Cons

      Literally everything. Ever since RXO acquired Coyote, it’s been a rocky ride. Low pay, and with the high turnover due to RXO’s own flaws they are now resorting to bring in new hires as temps. If you take a role at RXO, make sure to have a plan B- in case they end up letting you go before you have the chance to resign.

      Don't trust them!

      It's a decent company and they will treat you well until they perceive they need you.

      Cons

      Ridiculously too many meetings!!! They won't let you collect your stuff when they lay off you. Gather everything when you are called for a meeting. When you submit a resignation letter, they don't need a 2 week notice. They will let you go the same day. No time to say good bye to anyone. Because they believe you're a cog of their wheel.
