      Outside of management, Ideally, the place could be a decent job you might say even enjoyable at times you’re busy and the date seems to go by pretty Decently

      Cons

      Management. - is clueless. They seem to do everything I want without any SOP‘s or structure. They have no respect for seniority show favoritism to whoever they want and make special circumstances for whoever they want. They don’t want a good worker they want a yes person. They have no interest in your input or regards as a team member or your ideas to help better the facility and will eventually run down your care and concern for the job. In my opinion it’s not a career it’s a paycheck for the time being.

      Good experience to bring somewhere else I guess.

      Cons

      No idea how they're getting away with paying people this little. Coyote transition is a disaster. No one at the org knows what they're doing. Zero communication from leadership is intentional to keep everyone in the dark so they can spring changes on people with no notice. Outside sales reps are horrible and bring in no new brokerage business.

      Nothing is pros here means none.

      Cons

      Everything bad except salary. If you want to work like slaves then go ahead. HR is way too harsh to talk no management just hush
