      There's a general understanding amongst one's superiors that out "cutting edge technology" doesn't work very well, so they don't hassle you too badly.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay for the titles, very poor opportunities for advancement.

      Culture: it's a highly inclusive and collaborative workplace. Reward: pay and recognition for your efforts. Growth: offers serious career upside from entry-level to leadership roles. Upskill: frequent opportunities to learn new skills. Stability: excellent leaders and a strong business model.

      Cons

      The transportation industry is constantly evolving, so you'll need to work proactively to balance priorities and keep up. You'll also likely face ambiguity, which can be complicated... but this also fosters growth/collaboration (above).

      Pros

      1. Good lower management, 2. Office Ambience, 3. Co workers 4. Everyone knows this ship gonna sink one day

      Cons

      1. A product based company sitting on the laps of vendors. 2. All hire management are vendor acquired resources, so end goal is never to improve but get more vendor aboard. 3. US management is a mess. 4. Calculations go like 9 ladies, 1 month can give us 1 baby. 5. Dumb india higher management as well as support, admin 6. Quite often lay offs specially if before increments cycle 7.
