BUT THE LATEST “culture” is of cheats and liars they’ve formed clicks and buddy buddy “system” they cover each-other’lies in company’s detriment

Pros

Great group of people that work in the office. It was like a family atmosphere. The commission was good when sales were up. I do miss it here.

Cons

Changed a lot at the top of the year . The way they pay out commission for instance. I worked there for 7 years and they didn’t give me a raise when they switched how you get paid out. Carrier sales started out at $17 hr and I just wanted to get to $20.
