Got a paycheck is the only good thing

Cons

Supervisors and managers are not there to help you grow, would make sure you know your place. HR is of no help even with proof.

Pros

Loved being remote and being able to schedule required visits as I saw fit.

Cons

Lack of management empathy towards difficult work loads and being given other departments workload on top of the already heavy required job requirements while still being expected to hold high standards.
