Pros

There are some GREAT people in a lot of different orgs. Benefits are decent. Good location.

Cons

Upper management will lie and string you along promising all sorts of things, "just give me a little time". They reward hard working employees with more work and responsibility. All the hardworking employees have burnout. They keep cutting heads and the hardworking employees shoulder all the additional workload. Then they cut more and expect you to take on even more. As a result, we have lost so many A+ players who have been fed up with upper management's antics. I got a promotion without a pay raise. Its easy to coast and go under the radar. They make it very difficult to fire poor performers. Too many do the bare minimum to collect a check.

Pay is awful. Upper management lies about a lot of things. Would search elsewhere until they start to value their employees

The trailers are crap. You can get days off but it messes things up.
