Pros

They talk a great game. Total Comp plan is good (Actual comp is not).

Cons

Tech is a disaster. Unfortunately, the CEO is the ambassador for "cutting edge technology" without any understanding of tech. CIO is new to his level and struggles with how to run IT - smoke and mirrors is the game plan.

Pros

RXO is a company that will maintain it's position in the market, providing stability and potential growth.

Cons

RXO is also a company that drives contracts on lowest pricing, forcing management to control split and financials through high-rev, low-cost structures that do nothing to improve the overhead & conditions of contractors.
