      A Nightmare for Developers – Stay Away!

      Nothing. Absolutely nothing at all.

      Cons

      This company is an absolute disaster for developers. There is no concept of work-life balance, and the environment is nothing short of toxic. Developers are treated like garbage, with zero respect for their time, skills, or contributions. The team lead and engineering manager are the worst offenders—constantly micromanaging, belittling, and demeaning anyone who dares to ask a question or seek clarification. Escalating issues is utterly useless because nothing ever gets addressed. It’s as if management thrives on creating a hostile and soul-crushing atmosphere. This place is a complete waste of time and energy, and staying here will only destroy your career and mental health. To make things worse, their Glassdoor ratings are a sham. Most of the one-liner 5-star reviews are fake, written by RXO insiders to mask the reality and keep the ratings from tanking.

      Pros

      The Carrier Relations team is filled with the hardest working, team oriented, compassionate, family feeling group, i've ever worked with. We are all willing to help out each other in a moments notice for the greater good of our group and RXO. Management is top tier and very helpful and knowledgeable. I've never been a part of a team that cares so much about our jobs and each other. So Happy to have found a home here at RXO

      RXO has not only provided a place where I can expand my career and continue to grow, but it has provided me with the best work experience in my professional career. The culture here is second to none and leadership is truly committed to driving success for each and every employee. I would recommend anyone who is looking to either start their career or build upon an established one to look into growing with RXO.
