      Pros

      Office life is flexible, can go to appointments and have early/late lunches. No uniform or work dress code req, local branch management is amazing

      Cons

      Corporate make spiffs almost impossible to hit, putting on new expectations every week of things to reinforce to customers. Not giving us space to manage our own customers.

      Excellent compensation structure with clearly defined objectives and rewards; flexibility in all aspects that will allow you to succeed. Support lower, middle, upper and executive management

      Cons

      Unsure and unclear about future of remote work; seem to dial back commission structure either directly or indirectly each year. Lowered the percentage top performers earn and now upcoming are paid-ins (we don’t get paid until customer pays)
