Earned PTO. Flexible Work Hours when needed.

Cons

Upper management went by a supervisory ladder so if there was ever a problem you had to go through a certain chain of command. In that case you may have back lash if you ever had a complaint or felt discriminated against. Favoritism.

There are really none for me. I will say if you don't have ambition or a good work ethic you may not enjoy working for RXO.
