      Pros

      Loved being remote and being able to schedule required visits as I saw fit.

      Cons

      Lack of management empathy towards difficult work loads and being given other departments workload on top of the already heavy required job requirements while still being expected to hold high standards.

      Pros

      - Opportunities are endless. I have gone up through 4 promotions since I started my time with RXO. - Work feels valued and that I am making a positive impact to help the company. - Leadership listens to your ideas and implements them if it helps create better efficiency or customer facing experience.

      Cons

      Being a new spinoff there are always areas in the company that can be improved, but that is where I recommend anyone willing to put in the effort to streamline new processes to speak up. This company thrives on ideas from employees and having an entrepreneurial mindset.
