It is like working with a large, yet tight-knit family on very technical subject matter, with other people who are not in your family, who don't know much about technical things, but you must act as if they are family and they do know what they are talking about. Also, the described subject matter, in reality, is not to true focus of the company. The company is about people - as much as that sounds like a cheesy platitude, it is fundemental to understand as it is a core cultural relevance point within Rackspace.
