There's still a lot to be learned here, it's a very technical environment.

Cons

Since the Apollo buyout, there have been yearly layoffs and regular reorganizations, pay raise and hiring freezes, and an increasingly metric-based standard for judging job performance. As in, they time task completion and count your phone calls and ticket updates.
