      It was a great job... until everything changed

      Pros

      The people at Rackspace genuinely cared about doing the right things, but also made it a great place to work. I still know lot of people who worked there.

      Cons

      When it was fully Rackspace it might have felt a little culty (in a good way). After the buyout they got rid of many of the talented people and moved a lot of the work overseas. Its no longer the same place.
