      Pros

      * The learning here is great. * The culture is perfect - very laid back, very friendly. I actually look forward to coming to work! *

      Cons

      * Senior management (VPs in particular) are horrible - useless people who make a lot of money. * Rackspace is very top heavy - they need to get rid of A LOT of middle management. * Management can be BIG blockers instead of enabling their teams to work better and more efficiently.

      Pros

      Great culture, great workplace environment. By its nature, Rackspace is always forward thinking when it comes to technology, so it's easy to keep bleeding edge, and strive to be ahead of the game.

      Cons

      My least favorite thing would have to be office location. Rackspace looks for the least expensive office space, which isn't always attractive to candidates.
