      Pros

      Engaging, employee-centric, tech paradise full of energy and taking customer-focused leading edge technology to new places. One of the few places where your hard work goes noticed.

      Cons

      Change is constant and not always beneficial. Pay often lags industry leaders. Noisy headquarters. Lots of food and sedentary job roles make it easy to gain weight.

      Pros

      Rackspace is a great place to work. The people genuinely care about the success of the company and they try to only hire smart people with a good attitude around customer service. When you need something you can bet that someone will stop what they're doing to help you. They're on the cutting edge of cloud technology and the company growth offers lots of opportunity for personal and professional growth.

      Cons

      The higher up you are in the company the harder it is to adjust and gain respect. Expectations are high and nobody cares what your title is or what you used to do. You have to come in and prove yourself to gain credibility and get people to follow you.

      - Plenty of opportunity in this growing company - Focused on service and real effort, not flash - Teams are helpful and want to see everyone succeed - Customer focused and the company sincerely wants customers to succeed and have top notch service. - Fun and unstructured - allowing individuals to make it or not. Individuals are a big part of their own success. - Transparency for the customer and the worker is optimum.

      Cons

      - Dynamic environment and fast growth means we still have some room to grow in our standard methods of daily business. - Change is constant. However, the company is clear when hiring that this is the case.
