      Relaxed atmosphere, freedom to be creative in solving problems, tons of opportunities to learn/interact with various technologies/hardware,etc.

      Friendly, casual atmosphere. Opportunity to learn a lot and upgrade your skill set. Transparent management. Nice benefits.

      Cons

      Salary can be on the lower side compared to other companies but the rest of the positives will more than make up for this con.

      People and culture are great and the work is fun. The move into Cloud Computing is opening up a whole new opportunity for Rackspace and the employees here.

      A hectic pace and a culture where you really have to fit or get out.
