      Rackspace has a lot of smart, capable people who genuinely care about customers. The work can be interesting, especially if you enjoy complex environments and problem-solving. The company offers solid benefits, flexible work-from-home options, and exposure to large enterprise customers. There are pockets of strong collaboration, and when teams are aligned, good work can happen.

      Cons

      Leadership direction and expectations can feel inconsistent, particularly within sales. Metrics and performance expectations are sometimes set without fully accounting for account maturity, inherited books of business, or sales cycle realities.
