Its culture is to encourage it employees to keep learning & growing. It is one of the companies which offers great salary packages. Also appreciate employee efforts in true values. Wfh is also great relief for employees who are supporting from distance locations. Overall a great place to work.
Cons
Company need to work on gaining more good projects as due to Macroeconomics factors company lost many customers & this many times lead to firing of its employees.
