Poor senior sales leadership. A disappointing lack of accountability and basic competencies.

You will never know who's vandalizing, breaking inside of your car, drinking, leaving alcoholic cans and bottles at the parking lot, same employees or random people. The building has cameras and illegal activities are still going on, you can report that and HR with upper management are irritated or lazy to even investigate or check on them, I hope they work.
