Pros

Interesting script, cool to watch but not to live

Cons

Adulation, trickery, treason, conspiracy and secret alliances are the script of this company. Long-live friends who watch each other backs. Scared people who don't let other people propose or do anything new, because they might lose their position. People who steal your ideas and get the credit for them. Leaders who hire close friends and family as assistants. Workers are reduced to slaves. In this company everything is permitted to find a closer position to the Global Office. Be careful, don't trust anyone even your closest friends.

total Burn-out

Pros

- remote - rappi prime membership - multi-country

Cons

It's a burn-out culture. Very publicly (even outside the org) the CEO and VPs are proud to say things like “this is not for everyone, if you are not willing to give your life here don't come.” And I've found out even doing long hours, no-sleep and weekends is not enough. You are always slacking. Make you think it's all on you. And, you should figure out what is happening to yourself. (Gaslighting) You ought to think it might be just you, but when you ask peers and people outside your team, everybody feels the same. Overworked, undervalued and plainly depressed. Management is mediocre and see's you're easily replaceable if you were not friends with someone before coming in. If you slow down because you are feeling bad, and you ask for help, you are cut from the good projects. (Basically quite firing you) Lastly, the management they are getting in from outside Latin America seems to have the credentials but doesn't know or care to know about the difference between the LATAM market. Resulting in mediocre products and disengaged teams. They just come for their checks.
