      Pros

      - fast paced - constantly improving the codebase (best practices, architecture, tests, binary size) - very open to suggestions - talented engineers (extremely important imo.. if you surround yourself with great people you will eventually lvl up) - always growing.. likely to be eligible to promotions if delivering consistent good work - salary above average.. at least in my area

      Cons

      - It was hard finding a work/life balance at first as I was not used to deliver as much as fast. (It got better overtime)
