      -remote work -discounts for employees -exposure to upper management

      Cons

      -wow caos RUNS Rappi that translates into: a) overly longs shifts b) managers texting you at unreasonable hours (10-11 pm or even on Sundays) -the company uses Slack as a communication channel but managers and coworkers DON'T care and ask you for your phone number and text via WhatsApp at insane hours -payments are low and even if you get a raise (which is almost impossible) you'll get at most a 5% raise -not many promotion options as the company structure very wide
