      In general, the people who work are very committed, despite the fact that there may be a bad reputation, they all think about the customer and the experience of whoever is on the other side of the app. However, in the leadership there are people who do not understand the Latam market, some because they are foreigners, and the experience that is really expected is not achieved.It must also be said that you should worry a bit more about training your employees.
