- Lots of training available (if you find it yourself and advocate) - Autonomy over own work - flexible working - Challenging and something for everyone - There's some lovely people that work here - If management (middle management) like you, you'll get lots of opportunities

Cons

- Lots of disruption with organisation changes - No clear strategy for long term business plans - Lack of transparency - Some managers are ageist and don't realise others roles exist outside of reckitt that gives you better experience to do the role - Poor work life balance - Resource cuts everywhere without thinking of the impact

Cons

R&D is commanded by marketing. R&D is hesitant to push back on the unrealistic demands of business unit.
