Pros

Competitive salary Good benefits (I think 4+ weeks PTO even for new hires) Brand names that people recognize and [mostly] like

Cons

Company is very focused on Walmart. Which might not be wrong to do, but had caused most other teams to deal with lack of engagement and decreased visibility if you aren't on that team. They pushed return-to-office quite hard, even for satellite locations whose retailer partnerships were not in-office. Little common sense involved there.

Pros

Amazing maternity leave and company store. Pay was decent.

Cons

Quit after a few weeks due to poor management, no organization or communication and expectations of salaried employees to work 12+ hour days
