Pros

Benefits generally good - APP bonus, Sharesave, pension contributions of 10% with no minimum contribution for the employee, decent maternity pay Turner House site in Slough recently refurbished

Cons

After two years of allowing employees to decide how many days to work in the office, they brought in 3 office days per week. This change is not welcomed by employees during a cost of living crisis and seems pointless when most are on teams calls all day anyway. Many recruited during the pandemic also have long commutes to the office with the expectation of a more relaxed policy. Salary below inflation last year, waiting to hear about 2023.
