Pros

-large company, you get to witness how a structured company works -good learning experience -get to own your own portfolio, and have a good level of autonomy

Cons

-lots of useless meeting that end up consuming your work time -super high intensity and loads of work with very tight deadline -you get micro managing management if you are unlucky, however that really depends on your team lead -very average pay that does not justify the amount of work and stress
