Spread to thin as far as personnel and asked for more than someone could handle without working nights and weekends. Regardless of how efficient one is.

Opportunity to work with colleagues around the world for some projects. Cross functional collaboration.

Cons

Missmanagement of organization by MT. Inadequate leadership direction and leaders. Lots of role movements, individuals don't have a solid grasp of their roles and responsibilities and aren't always qualified for positions they are 'awarded'.
