Lots of opportunities, zero culture, no appreciation for people

Great career opportunities, quick careers, lots of responsibility on day 1, bonus, annual conference, intl mobility, quick decision making, lots to learn, very strong and smart people

Cons

Little appreciation for people in some areas, no formal work from home (frowned upon) policy in some areas, no culture, no formal learning or training

Pros

Challenge portfolio to manage (Milk powder, RTD Milk, RB Health) Excite and fun at first, yet not a good place for decent and profession hard working people to fight with school-girl culture. Company knows their weakness, and insist they want a "Change", but they keep undermined a new hired professional oppose the culture heartlessly, with reason that those people have problem of "culture fit".

Cons

Manager is too young and high ego like a spoiled children, focus on themselves rather growing company and performance. They are grow too fast with incompetent to lead team, manage cross-function and work together as teamwork. It does not matter, if you are doing your role, assignment and agreed expectation - at the end if you defy the flow, you are eliminated with unexplainable reason.
