Pros

High salary compared to the market (but not highest in category)

Cons

1. Shifting priorities, it means, tomorrow your boss will tell you to do exactly the opposite of what she told you today. 2. Unclear direction: There are a lot of directors who have no idea what they want to do, they just want you to do 100 things at the same time and sometimes self conflicting. 3. Too much politics: The internal battle for power is much more difficult than what happens in the market

Pros

Nice colleagues from manager level downwards. Good pension/share save. Flexible working,

Cons

Not a medical device company, expertise is lacking. Favoritism given to promotions depending on who your friends are rather than meritocracy. Quite a few managers/senior managers joined at the same time and, funnily enough, they've also risen at the same time and given each other promotions.
