Pros

Global company, big structure. You can experience tasks you can not in most of other companies. You can b located around the world.

Cons

Hars competition, not easy to switch departments. You can be manipulated in the interview and find yourself doing something else in reality.

Pros

RB offers amazing career progression and the best salary packages in the FMCG sector. It provides you with the authority to make major decisions in any role that you take up. Has a nice, open-door work culture.

Cons

However, the competition within is cut-throat, especially in the marketing department, and work load is extremely high. So for someone like me who is a people oriented person and really wants to impact lives positively yet keep a work balance, this is not the place.

Pros

Industry-leading packages available. If you can stick it & get results, you can quickly increase your salary.

Cons

No work-life balance or cross-functional teamwork. Internal battle-ground Results first, people last. Lot of unhappy people in Slough. Boys-club in Sales & SLT. Poor decision-making. Lack of fact-based discussions. Don't expect acknowledgement, recognition or a thank you.
