Pros

Great Brands Opportunity to travel (but sometimes depends on your starting country) Can be fast in delivering (at times)

Cons

Culture is not pro people; tends push a blame/finger pointing behaviour when a grown up discussion would suffice Management can be poor in some functions A sense of transiency amongst management and employees - leading to short term thinking

Pros

Great school for entrepreneurial management, strong focus on P&L Fast decisions on fact based data Great brands and brand management Good career opportunities in general

Cons

No HR management, "hr prepares your package when you enter and when you leave" dixit ex CEO Bart Becht and he is right, not much more they do No training, compared to other blue chip total disaster on trainings
