Some of the senior managers just aren't very good at their jobs! There is a lot of frustration at poor decision making.

Pros

Numerous opportunities to make a change in the organization . There are many ways to shine. Good technition jobs as you can work whay you like. Expect long hours. Bonuses can be great. Good place to start your career but would not suggest growing in the organization unless you plan to sacrifice your time and family.

Cons

Management to management relationship at times borders on abusive. This can be seen in multiple levels and and multiple functions of the organization. Work-life balance for those and Manufacturing a myth. You will not be able to use the four weeks of vacation the company gives you walking through the door. Expect to work 6 days a week and to be available 7 days a week even up through higher positions of manufacturing management.

Cons

Highly political executive committee, no female leadership, nepotistic promotions at the top end of the management structure. And moving countries is almost mandatory for career advancement. You need to be extremely resilient to survive at this company long term.
