Pros

Good Benefits, 401K, Medical, Dental, Vacation, holidays, etc.

Cons

Little to no recognition for a job well done. Personal initiative is never appreciated, even though the company claims to be interested in individual ideas. Quick to layoff, regardless of company profitability. Does not consider cutting costs through decreased raises, bonuses, trips, and fancy sales meetings. Would rather cut heads than find alternative methods of saving money. Poor work-personal life balance, 60 hour work weeks typical without any offer of comp time. Human Resource Dept is untrustworthy, they do not support the employee but senior management. The employee cannot share any issues or problems witht HR, which is very inappropiate.

Pros

Great benefits and bonus structure

Cons

Each year they evaluate employees on a "bell curve". That means that you may be meeting all requirements and doing well, but by default there will be some employees that will fall into the bottom of the bell curve. Potentially this rating may be cause for dismissal or forlough. Evaluations are basically determined by political affiliations with management. Immediate supervisor visited my district once per year which was not enough to make a determiniation of the performance of the territory and the employees in the territory. Methods of going to market changed frequently, but no feedback was given as to "why the change and the rationale for the change" and should we stop what was previously institued.

Pros

Working with RB means you get real responsibilities from the first day, regardless of your level of working experience. It’s great to have that level of independence to work, and being able to manage your working time and priorities. What matters is the result at the end of the day. The people at RB are very knowledgeable about their own area. The working culture is very informal with flat management structure, making information flow easy across the management levels.

Cons

The workload is very busy and very fast. The company prides itself on achievement and result-oriented method, so working overtime is not uncommon. In asking for a colleague’s help or information, remember that they are very busy too and your request may not be his/her main priority.
