Pros

Reckitt operates in a dynamic and competitive industry, offering employees the chance to work with well-known brands and gain experience. This exposure provides a strong foundation for career growth. The company encourages a results-driven mindset, allowing employees to take ownership of projects and make meaningful contributions. If you thrive in high-energy environments, this is an excellent place to develop resilience and problem-solving skills. Throughout my time at Reckitt, I had access to training, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration. This environment fosters learning and continuous professional growth.

Cons

Process improvements can sometimes be complex. Career Progression & Internal Mobility – While there are great learning opportunities, career advancement paths could be improved to help employees grow within the organization.

Pros

• Good pay with tada, pf, gf, health and group insurance. Especially for a fresher. • Great opportunity to jumpstart your career. Lots of learning opportunities. • Good platform to start in fmcg. • On timely salary and claims disbursement.

Cons

• Extreme work pressure and no work life balance. 6 days weeks, 7 if you are in metro or a demanding territory. • Extreme underrate issue nationwide. High chances of incurring debts. • No culture. Toxic work environment with high chances of middle and top management hurling slangs, humiliation and insults in public forum. • No basic standard for distributor management, unorganized and manual reporting, no initiatives on fixing existing issues. • No respect earned at rural/main distributor level. • Impossible/unattainable ambitions from management. Ambitions and market reality do not match especially in smaller contributing markets. • Brute forcing profits rather than developing them. • Nepotism.

Pros

Good Culture. Focus on Development. Quite flexible (role and team dependant).

Cons

Some internal disruption recently due to restructure. Large organisation (quite removed from top level decision makers). Initial training quite messy, you can get the information you need but you need to drive it yourself and ask the right questions.
