This is a company which will be a launchpad for your career. You have superb exposure; the company culture is one of the best I have seen. We really walk the walk and don't just talk the talk. We are people centric - both consumers and our people. We have committed to our hybrid model of working, and embraced it. We use the phenomenal facilities we have to connect, coach, care and collaborate; but you are an adult, so you are asked to deliver, not micromanaged. You are hired for your expertise.

Cons

We do a lot! We challenge the status quo, and leave a mark on the world. This for me is a huge pro, however it is not for everyone. So please use the interview process to find out who we are and learn if we are the place for your next move.

I love the culture that enables you to stretch yourself and take on projects outside of your comfort zone, with great support alongside from your team and line manager. I joined a year ago and have been able to take on a secondment which has broadened my skills I work at the HQ in Slough and enjoy the office atmosphere and company gym. Also good choice of food from the cafeteria.

Cons

Lots of things going on at once at times so a need to focus where it matters most
