The general "line" manager is an amazing person and professional If you are enjoying it, there are a lot of career opportunities when you are intern there Lots learnt in a short amount of time
Cons
A lot of other employees can sometimes contribute to the elaboration of a really toxic environment. Moreover, you are constantly repeated that as an intern you are supposed to work as an intern however, they treat you as a "regular employee" without the correct salary of course. It is a great opportunity to learn but they ask way too much of interns mostly when you are still studying and writing a thesis. Finally, some managers could really use some managing training and should stop talking badly about their interns and other employees with everyone else around.
