      First 2,5 years feels like I grow to be better not just skill but also personal growth as human Reckitt always have their agenda full for whole years fill with personal development training. HR and managers really care about you, checking you ocasioanally. Team member and other function always willing to assist you. You learn a lot about them.

      Cons

      Politics really felt when there is management changing. This is due to direct report to management have less experience and lack of leadership. Takes a while to take action for this situation, somehow changing all the fundamental already created with toxic and tantrum personality. Impact for the toxic unhealthy relation with some of the personal have break down. in the last year prone to Numbers minded rather than people minded. High target created pressure and stress with feeling hopeless. To be fair high risk high gain for your bonus
