Pros

24 vacation days to start

Cons

No leadership direction No processes No business plan Management is now micromanaging everyone with weekly calls because they do not know how to solve the 3 big issues above. On top of that they are continually reducing head counts as people leave. But the people are leaving because they are over worked and burnt out. So it’s a downward spiral. It seems the average term is 13 months before leaving

Pros

Not all teams are alike. Benefits start being added above a certain pay grade. Some good initiatives on the Hull site.

Cons

Some departments are snobby, with the attitude of “our job is more difficult because of the products we work on”. It’s bureaucracy; the same job in another department is miles more straight forward. The same pay grade is not given the same level of responsibility in all departments.
