Pros

Good Learning if you change your team in every 2-3years. Also, the company send cake on birthday at home and give good employee benefits.

Cons

No Parking facility No Promotions for atleast 3 years if you are Executive or above Give evening snacks in place of Increments Full of Office Politics. You can get good increment only if you have good bonding with Manager Toxic culture in Teams like Finance and Tax where every one month one people leave the organisation

Pros

Reckitt used to be an amazing company with amazing results led by amazing people. It is now an average company, with less-than-average results, with too many ex-consultants leading the company with next to no operational experience.

Cons

No risk-taking—focusing only on the marginal 2% YoY growth metrics will not change the business's state. The competitive set significantly outperformed and left Reckitt massively behind.
