Probably the worst company to work for

Pros

High compensation potential if you make your number (no matter how including questionable financial manipulation). Fast progression possible (which advances incompetent people). Some people are great (though miserable).

Cons

Upper management has no ethics or values beyond 'making the number' which causes very questionable and damaging decisions and culture. Little competency at top of org - they're all young and inexperienced and terrible people without values. Brands are terrible and poorly supported.
