Cons

The old mantra of "speed over perfection" was applicable to management convenience. Double standards appear frequently. All the time running and firefighting. Disruption means someone has to clean the legacy of other.

Pay is ok - especially at senior manager levels - but dont expect a bonus these days lots of global opportunities for right person and at more senior levels Large prestigious company - well brands at least

Cons

Very siloed large tangled corporation constantly changing direction / lacks cohesion - priorities turn 180 at a whim - hurry up and...no wait, all stop = disjointed Uncertainy high : likely to split the health and Hygiene Home business. Move IT all to India, new CEO due

Comparable good pay. Big brand.

Cons

No helpful culture. Expectations too high. Zero support from leadership and HR. No team work but only shifts of blame. I come from a good job due to brand and high salary. But bad work environment. Regret.
