Pros

- Very dynamic company culture which believes in new hires and nurtures young talent through different positions - Great rotational program for university graduates with different positions through commercial sales, marketing, manufacturing roles - Diverse work force with employees from multiple nationalities; backgrounds and experiences

Cons

- Very lean organization with huge workload and little work/life balance - Sales driven organization which sometimes lead to short term decisions not in sync with strategic vision - Loss of talent due to HR policy of lack of sponsorship to International Visa-holder employees

Pros

*Fast paced environment *Early responsibly *Good pension scheme *Most QC staff try to land a job in R&D, where they are treated better.

Cons

*Poor salary for such a highly skilled role (base salary of £18,500) *QC Department badly run (poor people skills, toxic working environment, poor equipment in lab) *High staff turnover *Poor staff morale *Failure to deal with bullies within the department *Work very tedious and repetitive *Lack of adherence to GMP in order to meet targets *Most methods are badly written, and results will not pass specification unless specific "tricks" are learned

Pros

The Powerbrands and company store discounts. Good company to get your feet wet after university. There are bright spots in the company such as people who work hard and get the stuff done, but are overshadowed by a number employees who have big egos!

Cons

After orientation, euphoria diminishes and you end up keeping your head above water. First 90 days of formal on-boarding doesn't exist. Reason why people leave within months. Lack of support, engagement, and vision from certain Leadership/Management members. "Go figure it yourself" mentality throughout the site." "I'll do what is important now. Next person will worry about it." If you're looking for a team environment, this is not for you. Grab on and work really fast or you'll be gone within a year. Fear and intimidation is a common tactic throughout.
